Spacious West-side Apartment

I have a great west-side apartment that is ready to be rented. It rents for $495 a month with a $400 deposit. It is a no smoking/pet apartment. Here is a picture of one of the bedrooms. It has fresh paint and the carpet is almost brand-new.

The carpet and the walls are in neutral colors that make it all the more simple to decorate and add that homey touch.

This is the smaller bedroom. It has nice bright windows that let in the sunshine.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and extra shelves over the toilet for additional storage.

The sink also has drawers underneath for handy storage of small items.

The hallway has a nice built-in cupboard with shelves and drawers. It also has another closet with shelves in it right next to the bathroom for extra storage.

This is the laundry room which is just off of the kitchen. It has washer/dryer hookups and also has a back door to the apartment. Above the hookups is a nice set of cupboards for more storage.

Looking into the kitchen is the fridge on the right and the doorway to the laundry room.

The kitchen has a nice large open space that is big enough to accommodate a dinette set.

The kitchen also has lots of counter and cupboard space and almost new flooring.

This is a picture looking in from the front door into the living room. It has beautiful carpet and fresh paint on the walls. There is also a coat closet for more storage.
